One of only a handful of centrally located luxury villas in Bali, this stylish sanctuary is set amidst abundant grounds inside an urban-style village. It is a stones throw from the busy late-night caf scene along Bali famed Legian Street. Designed by its owner an English aristocrat, it features many modern facilities inside a large and open-planned living and dining pavilion with several self-contained structures and customised interiors that set new standards for private villas in Seminyak.

Sitting room
A vast 60 foot wide pavilion with traditional vaulted “alang alang” thatched roof open to the garden. The dining area has a table that seats fourteen and can be extended for twenty. The walls are adorned with painting by prominent local artists.

TV room (bedroom six)
A separate air-conditioned studio equipped with Satellite TV and DVD player with sound system, which can be converted into an additional double bedroom with separate bathroom attached.

Master suite
The master bedroom has a giant “California King” Size four poster. The seven foot by seven dimensions should suit the most restless of sleepers. A semi outdoor bathroom adjoins the bedroom. A separate seating area allows the host to get away from guests for reading or private entertaining.

Garden cottage
For guest who value their privacy - the Garden Cottage’s two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms share a terrace screened from the other accommodation by dense foliage. Fifty meters from the main house and separated by pond and pool the garden cottage is a mini private villa all on it’s own. The terrace has comfortable seating and a concealed fridge for that quiet evening glass of white wine.

Pond cottage
Two air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The rooms are finished in limed teak, the large panoramic windows open onto the garden.

Location
Villa Gajah is located in Seminyak approximately 15 minutes from Bali International Airport , Ngurah Rai. The Villa is tucked away in a back street yet only minutes away from shopping and night time haunts such as Ku De Ta or fine dining at Warisan. The Villa is a ten minutes walk from the beach. Those looking to drive to bigger waves will find Canggu twenty minutes away with Dreamland and Uluwatu forty minutes by car.
